Preparing your home for sale
Our Concierge team offers a comprehensive range of services to enhance the presentation of your home; from facilitating quoting and coordinating trades for general maintenance, to overseeing more large-scale improvement works. Whether you need basic guidance or full project management, we offer tailored packages to suit your specific needs. And importantly, you do not need to be a Kay & Burton client or be selling with us to utilise our Concierge services.
- Premium: This complementary service offers expert guidance on how to prepare your home for sale with recommendations and referrals to trades such as gardeners and painters.
- Executive: Ideal for homeowners seeking a hassle-free experience with a competitive edge, this package also includes multiple property visits and quote facilitation from your Concierge consultant.
- Bespoke: Perfect for time-poor or absent owners, or those requiring more extensive work, will full project management included.
Each package begins with a one-hour onsite assessment, followed by personalised recommendations for repairs and presentation improvements, along with referrals to trusted trades. More comprehensive packages include additional site visits for contractor quotes, quote liaising, and project management.
Open home preparation
Preparing your home for open for inspections can be demanding, especially with a busy schedule. Our Concierge team can help ease the burden by ensuring your property is perfectly presented for each inspection.
Upon establishing your unique requirements, your dedicated Concierge consultant may:
- Straighten and fluff beds
- Arrange cushions
- Turn on lights and lamps
- Freshen flower arrangements
- Wipe down kitchen surfaces
- Open windows or doors for ventilation
- Sweep the porch and entrance
- Put away toys or loose items
- Arrange bathroom towels
- Adjust heating or cooling as needed.
Additional services, such as house cleaning, dishwashing, and flower arrangements, can be arranged at an additional cost.
