Having worked in real estate since 2001, Tricia Crofts brings a wealth of experience to her role as Client Service Manager – Property Management. Tricia first joined Kay & Burton in 2018 and has rejoined the team to focus on a select portfolio of properties and focus across the Department to ensure that client service standards are maintained at the highest level.

Having spent decades working in customer service, Tricia has an enviable reputation for her strong customer focus, hard work ethic, conflict resolution and superior negotiation skills. She sees property management as a vital component of a high profile company like Kay & Burton and constantly strives to improve procedures throughout the process.

Before turning to real estate Tricia, a mother of adult children, worked in sales and recruitment and was also an airline stewardess. In her free time she loves getting out and about and enjoying Melbourne’s vibrant food scene and travelling overseas with her husband.
