Jacqui founded and operated Surrey Travel, a successful independent travel agency in Kew for 20 years. Known for her curation of bespoke experiences and strong rapport, Jacqui’s ability to understand the needs and uniqueness of each client has afforded her early success as she recently transitioned into the real estate industry.

Jacqui has joined Kay & Burton Hawthorn Sales working alongside her brother, Director Scott Patterson, as a Sales Consultant. This sister-brother team is the perfect pairing, their family has been deeply ingrained within the Boroondara community for the past four generations. Both their great-grandfather and grandfather served terms as mayors of Hawthorn. Their family established “Fowler’s Vacola” a bottling company on Burwood Road in the 1920s, “Patterson’s Shoes” on Glenferrie Road in the 1950s and finally “McLean & Patterson Chartered Accountants" in Church Street in the 1980s. This strength of connection and depth of knowledge of the local area would be unsurpassed in the Melbourne real estate market.

Jacqui and her husband have lived in Kew for the last 13 years and are active members of Kew Golf Club. Their children attended Xavier and Ruyton and both still work locally in the area.

Jacqui’s skill in building trusting, reliable and honest relationships coupled with her extensive Boroondara area knowledge are just a few examples of what makes her such an integral part of the Kay & Burton Hawthorn sales team.
