New York is one of the world’s most competitive cities. Ben Carrington, not only survived in New York, he thrived. With a Business Degree majoring in Property from Bond University, Ben worked in sales in The Big Apple for two years. He brings the grit, work ethic, strong negotiation, marketing and social media skills needed to succeed in New York to his role as a sales consultant in Kay & Burton’s Brighton office.

Ben also worked in Sydney for five years, where he established a tele sales and marketing business that grew to more than 100 staff members. He then founded a digital lead generation company that was acquired by an ASX company in 2017.

Ben loves being at the forefront of innovation in sales and marketing in order to stand out in a competitive industry like real estate.

Growing up and going to school in Brighton, he understands and knows Bayside. When he is not in the office or studying for his MBA at the Melbourne Business School, Ben can be found dining out, playing squash or hanging out anywhere with a beach.
