How much does it cost to access the Concierge service?
There is no cost to you for accessing the Concierge service, but you will need to pay the Preferred Partners that you engage to provide services.  

How much extra does work completed by a Concierge Preferred Partner (supplier) cost?
Our Preferred Partners do not charge you anything over-and-above the usual fees for their services.  

Do I need to be an existing Kay & Burton client to access the Concierge service?
No, anyone can contact the Concierge team and ask for assistance. 

What are the hours of operation for talking to the Concierge team?
Concierge team members are available to talk with you Monday–Friday during normal business hours.  Alternatively, you can lodge an enquiry through our web page or email us at concierge@kayburton.com.au

How quickly will I hear from our Preferred Partner to discuss the work I would like completed?
Our Preferred Partner will contact you within 24 hours.  For more urgent requests, we request our Preferred Partners to try and contact you within the hour.

Am I under any obligation to engage the Preferred Partner to who I am referred?
You are under no obligation to engage the Preferred Partner to whom you are referred.  Once engaged, however, all arrangements regarding quotes, performance of work and payment terms are between you and the Preferred Partner.

Will I know who has been referred my work enquiry? 
Once the Concierge team has gathered the details from you of the work you would like performed, an email is sent to both you and the Preferred Partner with each other’s details. The Preferred Partner will make contact with you, but you also have the Preferred Partner’s details on hand should you need them.

How does Concierge select their Preferred Partners?
Our Preferred Partners have been recommended to us, vetted and are subject to strict service level standards. They are independent entities, curated based on ability, professionalism, competitive pricing and a history of success.
