Founded in 1896, Sorrento’s prominent corner store has taken on a new lease of life. The all-day restaurant, bar and gourmet delicatessen has a sleek, yet warm Mediterranean atmosphere, which cleverly maintains its historic roots.
Reimagined by the Darling Group of Kettle Black, Top Paddock and Higher Ground fame, the seaside venture is open from 7am until late, offering a menu inspired by Italian flavours and highlighting local Mornington Peninsula produce.
Currently serving breakfast and lunch, Stringers will evolve to include an oyster and champagne bar as well as a dinner menu.
